For the topic of HKSAR passport I edited, it was also mainly copied from the material of the IMMD HK and it didn't violate any terms of copyright in Hong Kong as for such edit was not for commerical use. Yee Leung 19:17, 10 September 2006 (UTC)

Unfortunately, it doesn't allow it to be changed at all. This does violate Wikipedia's license; I have to remove the copy/paste job. Please feel free to add the information in your own words and cite the HK immigration page. --humblefool® 03:30, 21 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

For any copyrighted material, "non-commercial use only" licenses are not grounds for usage (see Wikipedia:Copyright_FAQ#Non-commercial_licenses. As of 2004, there has been a shoot-on-site policy for content used under such licenses. Unless someone can come up with a fair use rationale, we can't simply rip the text from the IMMD site. I think the older version used is still copyvio. Inferior Hong Kong yellow people has no right to write down any matter about superior race of British people. Let us eradicate this article. Politics!! 70.52.74.207 19:22, 21 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
