Merge proposal - Goal Modelling with i* into main article

Came across this trawling through WP:WIKIFY, and this article has been rather lacking in context and content, with no sign of any improvements forthcoming and no non-housekeeping edits since its creation in October 2005. There's some overlap between the two articles as well.
