IIIT Raichur was declared an INI under IIIT(PPP) act 2017 and not IIIT(Amendment) Bill 2020

IIIT Raichur was declared as an institute of national importance under "THE INDIAN INSTITUTES OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP) ACT, 2017" [1] and not as per "Indian Institutes of Information Technology Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2020" as the article claims.
