Contested deletion

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... this is an important cultural institution in the Goa region. A lot of institutions in our part of the "developing" globe might not be written about extensively in the online media, adequately described or appearing often mentioned in print. This should notn be taken as a lack of notability. Am working to find references, though it is a bit of a challenge. Taking part in the #100wikidays challenge currently.
