This page looks like a formatted copy paste from some source. There are no inline citations and it seems the references are formatted in a non-wikipedia format. I would want to put one of those flags at the top of the article that says "this article lacks citations" or "not encyclopedic style" or whatever, but I don't know how to do that and I'm pretty sure I'm not supposed to do that.
