Jahdai is probably a descendant of Caleb

It is by no means certain whether Jahdai is a wife or a descendant of Caleb but based on the wording, the position of the sentence, the fact that no sons of the sons of Jahdai are mentioned, and the fact that no third wife is mentioned in 1 Chron 2:19 it seems most probable that Jahdai is a descendant of Caleb, probably through Ephah.
