BLP

While certainly this person has been mentioned in multiple sources, this is an attack article if all it discusses is the controversy per WP:BLP and WP:COATRACK. If the person is not otherwise notable she should only be mentioned in the parent article. If she is independently notable, her article needs to be fair and balanced. --Animalparty-- (talk) 12:05, 6 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

She did much more during her decades of research/scholarship and teaching than to advise questionably a number of UNC athletes. I suggest that we keep the article and look for Boxill's role in academia - as a contributing female academic. Thus, the article needs her maiden name, her birthdate, an open source photo, her thesis title(s), something about her earlier and professional life, her parents, and much, much more.
