Added Connected contributor template

I have added a {{Connected contributor}} template per WP:COI as I have known Mr. Rosenthal for over 35 years. I have made a number of edits over the past few days to the article, almost all cleaning up references and adding Cite templates; I have added a few more biographical details to the last paragraph of the article.
