As of 2009, Paré lives in Los Angeles, California, where she has been living since around 2004.

Birth year

There are a number of conflicting sources about Paré's birth year. As of October 2010, her age is given as 29-years-old in the Toronto Sun[1], 27 in the Toronto Star[2], and 28 in the Wall Street Journal[3]. dissolvetalk 20:42, 25 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

All of those articles probably referenced her IMDB entry, which apparently has changed a number of times and currently (as of may 2012) says she is 29. She says here in this interview that it is incorrect and that she is actually 31, which would mean she was born in 1980. http://www.vulture.com/2012/05/vulture-transcript-jessica-par-on-mad-men.html

The 1980 date is verifiable by the source that is cited inline next to the date. In the May 2012 interview in New York Magazine's Vulture section:
Paré states:
"I'm 31.
Why did I think you were 29?
I think it was wrong on my IMDb for a while, which was okay because I’m playing someone younger and I’m super immature. But I don’t want people to think that I’m lying about my age. I'm in my thirties and I'm proud of it. So much has changed since I turned 30, which is so good. I'm finally happy being as tall as I am. And I just don't care as much what other people think, which is nice.
The Hollywood Reporter also just published this month "The 31-year-old French Canadian".
As far as the sources you cite, please see WP:BLPSOURCES. None of these qualify as reliable secondary sources sufficient to verify facts for a biography of a living person. These sources are inaccurate and outdated compared to the source cited inline. dissolvetalk 19:59, 27 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

just curious you guys, why does the whole internet (google) still think jessica pare's age is different than what wikipedia says? does anyone wanna double check whatever source we're relying on?

whatever the numerous sites are that google relies on, they seem to have no one telling them their info is wrong. are they all going off imdb? I suppose her repesentation doesn't care if her age is off by two years? they could have imdb fix it. someone call her agent let's get this ironed out. sheesh.

unless, of course, we here at wikipedia are wrong. and have been for months. let's fix the internet, c'mon!!
