Update on status?

Amnesty International states that Gyatso was sentenced to 15 years in prison in 1996. Assuming his sentence was not extended, he should have been released by now. Are there any updates available on his case? —Zujine|talk 15:40, 28 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
