Up the Patuxent
[edit]I am not sure what is meant by In 1814 Lieutenant Paynter proceeded to America and was present at the capture of Fort Washington and the capitulation of Alexandria up the Patuxent: - it does not seem to me that up the Patuxent should directly follow the capitulation of Alexandria, something appears to be missing DavidRBarker (talk) 00:17, 11 March 2015 (UTC)
