Name Change?
[edit]Hope to propose to change the name of the article to better reflect the role in which John Young played in relation to Nova Scotia (and broader Canadian agriculture), culturally the more relevent identification in the modern period beyond just being a "merchant."
Thinking about it, I'd propose naming the article "John Young (merchant and agricultural reformer) to most accurately describe the activity he did - not just sharing agricultural sciences in the province, but at the same time leading directly into his subsequent political involvements.
Is there any contention about such a renaming? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wcconey (talk • contribs) 19:31, 8 March 2018 (UTC)
Seeing no response and after reviewing the Wikipedia manual of style on this naming, I will be changing the article title to "John Young (Agricultural Reformer)." I will relatedly change the presence of the hyperlink on the John Young disambiguation page to the appropiate section — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wcconey (talk • contribs) 16:15, 16 March 2018 (UTC) Wcconey (talk) 16:19, 16 March 2018 (UTC)
