What is still there?

[edit]

This is the most significant information, and there is NOTHING there in the article! FORMERLY displayed items are of almost no import. Arminden (talk) 22:34, 22 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Are the Khirbet et-Tannur reliefs still there, or at the new Jordan Museum? Same about Ein Ghazal figurines: which are where? Arminden (talk) 12:41, 5 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The periods should be elsewhere

[edit]

A list of archaeological and historical periods would be of great help for all articles about Jordan, but why here? Here should only be a link to such a page, and we should have the actual artifacts representing those periods listed. It's like listing 20 credit cards where there's no amount available from any of the 20.

For Palestine there is such a page. It fits West Jordan almost perfectly, but not 100%, and East and South Jordan much less. I don't know about Syria and the Hejaz. If there, those could help for coordination. The Jordanian academia and Antiquities Dept. must have developed a list of periods, as do Western universities doing research in Jordan.
