A to do list:

  • First Nations Chapter

Chaosdna (talk) 22:10, 11 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Surfing section

- this, with Long Beach, was one of the first surfing spots in BC, this is notable and should have a sectin; pictures of beach houses would be good, also.Skookum1 (talk) 15:59, 21 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

jordan river vs. river jordan

[edit]

all the maps and street signs say jordan river, why is it river jordan on wiki? Masterhatch (talk) 03:04, 21 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

for example:

[1], [2], [3], [4]

the list goes on... I was there today and not once did i see "river jordan". Masterhatch (talk) 03:08, 21 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hah, just found out why that is. A: The river is called 'Jordan River', the townsite is called 'River Jordan'. Read it in a book called 'Placenames of Coastal NW' or so. Chaosdna (talk) 02:07, 10 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
