Judicial murder = execution carried out after a death sentence issued by an illegitimate court or for illegitimate reasons. Wrongful execution, on the other hand could be a mistake. All Judicial Murder's are wrongful executions. Not all wrongful executions are judicial murder. Thus, judicial murder is a subset of wrongful execution. Went ahead and boldly moved the contents of this page to a new section of the Wrongful execution page.ElectroChip123 (talk) 15:53, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
