"whose Jewish father, awkwardly enough, was a survivor of World War II."

I don't really get what is the meaning of the phrase. Since when are the children of World War II survivors, Jewish or not, immune to becoming racists or murderers? And why is this background information on the killer singled out? Dimadick (talk) 14:49, 5 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Removed it

[edit]

I removed the part about Nico Bodemeijer's heritage because the article does not say why it is relevant. In order to reintroduce it, the article needs to explain the connection between Bodemeijer's heritage and the murder.

Split up into two articles

[edit]

There is content here that fits better in an article about Nico Bodemeijer. I suggest starting a separate article about Bodemeijer and do the personal description of him there. This article is about Kerwin Duinmeijer.
