That Sawford bloke

[edit]

Until 2005, the MP was called Sawford. Despite Kettering being somewhat Conservative, they still had an MP who is a republican. Is it common for typicly Tory to have an MP that seeks to disestablish the Monarchy? One of situation?--83.108.30.141 (talk) 21:36, 26 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

1983 election

[edit]

Watching BBC election coverage[1], due to boundary changes, it would have been classified as a Conservative hold, rather than a conservative gain. I'm not familiar with how these things are worked out on Wikipedia, but in any case, leaving it here.Park3r (talk) 03:29, 9 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
