I did add a link to the Don Imus show article--SPhilbrickT 16:04, 19 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article states that Kia forgave Imus. Kia, however, was the only player to file suit against Imus. I beleive this should be added to the article near the Imus controversy. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.46.249.27 (talk) 15:39, 19 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't do this. My impression is that Kia's suit was viewed as on behalf of the team, even if not a in a legal sense. To justify adding such a comment, you would need clear sourcing that the original suit represented Kia's views alone - if you can it could be added, but I'll be surprised if you can find such evidence. --SPhilbrickT 16:06, 19 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
