Kuru-Pancala war?

@Varahmihira: regarding your recent addition diff and [[User:Chariotrider555]s revert:

no date for this alleged war? Surely not before the formation of the Kuru-kingdom;

Hi, you reverted my edit by saying it is poorly sourced but it had 3 citations. Also whatever i mentioned was fact based on sources. Just google "Kuru-Panchala war" by yourself and check it once. Varahmihira (talk) 03:47, 25 May 2024 (UTC)

that's interesting; there was indeed a legend of a war between the Kuru's and the Panchala's, see here. But the Varghese-thesis, that this was the blueprint for the Mahabharata, doesn not seem to find much support. Nor can I find much info on this war; some publications from the late 19th century; that's n ot much. Joshua Jonathan - Let's talk! 03:58, 25 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
