[edit]I removed the quote (If you work backwards, there has been close to a 90% increase in the value of the land every year since 1968. That’s why I still believe real estate is the key to becoming rich in this part of the world) because it made no sense whatsoever and there was no source for it. 90% increase since 1968 would mean $1 in 1968 would be worth more than 100 mil by 2000. ~kusje
