Family Weddings

[edit]

A cousin of the immediate Royal Family is not worthy of relevance as part of their personal life section.

That should be about their immediate family, relationships and any conditions etc.

And who determines what is "worthy of relevance"? It is mentioned in the article because it was covered in news articles through multiple media outlets, especially since she was not invited to the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Attending events is part of her personal life, especially royal events in her capacity as both a member of the extended British Royal Family and as a British socialite. -- Willthacheerleader18 (talk) 17:24, 17 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

"Socialite" or simply hanger-on and all you are adding is niff naff and trivia and therefore not worth mentioning in article.

You have also been warned before on reversions and edit-warring.

Yes, and I was engaged in a similar situation, where a person was removing sourced and cited information from the article. That user ended up being blocked indefinitely because their behavior became abusive. I was blocked temporarily because I continued to revert their edits instead of going about the proper means of acquiring help in the situation. Nevertheless, that situation has nothing to do with this article, so there is not a need to bring it up. See other articles on British royalty and nobility, as well as other English socialites. You will see similar style in the personal life sections of the articles. -- Willthacheerleader18 (talk) 17:42, 17 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The issue is relevance and trivia and the items that you keep reverting are not relevant to the personal life section of the article.

News outlets reported that she was not invited to the wedding of Henry & Meghan, while she was, as a member of the family, in attendance to the wedding of William & Catherine. There is notability in that it was reported on ([1]), and therefore added to the article. If it does not belong in personal life, then where would you suggest it goes? -- Willthacheerleader18 (talk) 17:50, 17 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You removed the information again, which makes more than 3 revisions. Also, attending a royal function and walking a dog are not the same thing.. -- Willthacheerleader18 (talk) 15:21, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
