- En 1902, 1903, 1904 The station was to facilitate the exchange of telegrams between the island and the military staff at Brest. The station operated in both daytime and at night and was monitored by two officers working 12 hour shifts.
1904 It received the radio code FFU ref: Arrêté du 7 octobre 1904 Le Ministre du Commerce de l'Industrie et des Postes et Télégraphes arrête : La station radiotélégraphique d'Ouessant est ouverte à partir du 10 octobre 1904 à l'échange des correspondances privées avec les navires en mer.
