There is no such thing as Lesothan its the Lesotho throne. How do we change the title?

In fact, the adjective in this context is Basotho. (Mosotho refers specifically to a single person, but not to other things—c.f., Basotho hat, Basotho pony, etc.) So yes, the title needs to be changed. Perhaps a new article can be started with the correct title, and then the current title linked to that one? Right now it is insupportable. (And the first paragraph should definitely be removed.
