Aland informed that minuscule 2803 is housed in Dimitriou monastery 53 in Mount Athos (Aland K. Aland B., The Text of the New Testament: An Introduction to the Critical Editions and to the Theory and Practice of Modern Text Criticism, transl. E.F. Rhodes, Grand Rapids, Michigan 1995 (3th ed.), p. 138), but there is no monastery at such name among 20 monasteries of Athos. Is it one of the small monasteries? What "†" mean in tables ?

What "†" mean in tables ? 87.199.9.40 (talk) 16:25, 26 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have the same question. There is no explanation in the text for the † symbol. It doesn't relate to either a footnote nor to the relevance of the wiki linked text. I suggest that they are removed from the text JMH johnmark†(talk to me) 21:20, 2 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A legend has been added for the various symbols used. I am in the process of bringing these pages up to date and making them complete.ChickDaniels (talk) 01:51, 18 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Suggested merge

[edit]

How would people feel about merging the three List of NT Minuscules pages into one? It would be easier to search for things in the page if they were all one one page. 𝐨𝐱𝐲𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐵𝑈𝑇𝐴𝑍𝑂𝑁𝐸 11:35, 31 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure. The pages are pretty large as it is, especially with the growing documentation of footnotes.ChickDaniels (talk) 21:20, 30 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
