Season 7 writer/director info
[edit]Can someone do me a huge favor and put in the writer and director info for the episodes of Season 7, since it is now on Netflix? I'm not watching them again for that info, because the show is story-driven. Elijah Abrams (talk) 18:07, 10 August 2018 (UTC)
Season 8
[edit](spoilers) Having just seen it, I don't think the spirits of Alfor, Zarkon, Lotor, and the other old Paladins were sacrificing themselves, they were already dead to begin with (besides, they were never seen outside Honerva's mind until now, nor did Lotor's spirit appear inside her mind), I think they were there for Allura and Honerva to reunite with in the afterlife, and/or to lead them there (almost like Dumbledore's appearance in the Deathly Hallows). 68.150.5.99 (talk) 08:40, 17 December 2018 (UTC)
Curtis or Adam?
[edit]This is specifically to Max1057, who has been constantly editing the information. I am reaching out to you in good faith here to come to a responsible conclusion.
According to the show itself, the character who marries Shiro is not Curtis. His name is very specifically given as Adam. This is not up for debate, this is not questionable. It is the name that he is referred to by the official audio description. While I understand that you are passionate about the name, the fact of the matter is that the name he was given directly in that scene was Adam. I have fully sourced this with video evidence. That is an error with the audio description. Previous episodes where character speaks the closed captions list him as Curtis. Both his voice actor and Josh Keaton have referred to him as Curtis. Max1057 (talk) 16:19, 26 January 2019 (UTC)
I should also add that this wouldn’t be the first time there was a mistake in the audio description. In season seven they used the wrong dialogue in the conversation between Adam and Shiro. Max1057 (talk) 16:31, 26 January 2019 (UTC)
I haven't seen anything from Josh Keaton referring to him as Curtis. Actually, when he was asked about the man's name at a recent convention, Josh said he had no idea what it was. There was only one scene with it mentioning in the closed captions the name "Curtis" and it's not entirely clear who is speaking since his face isn't shown. The VA for this supposed "Curtis" even asked "Who's that?" when he was tagged in the wedding photo, so... it's a gray zone.
Honestly, it may just be better to say "Shiro married a crew member of the Atlas" since there is so much contention about the fact that he doesn't even look like the man who people call Curtis. Then again, that may also be due entirely to the fact that he was originally supposed to be Roy Fokker. Jesip lunati (talk) 12:13, 27 January 2019 (UTC)
