Colors

[edit]

What is the significance of the color shading?—Markles 23:26, 6 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think the standard is given at {{United States political party shading key}}
I didn't check if this particular article follows that scheme. —Wknight94 (talk) 00:54, 7 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Dubious

[edit]

The bio on Edmund Andros contradicts those years. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Josherjosher (talkcontribs) .

Not particularly surprising. There seems to be some confusion and conflicting sources about more than one of the governors from that far in the past. Feel free to add more references and links to the article as well as notes explaining any conflicts. More info is better - even if that info is saying that that info is hard to determine!  :) —Wknight94 (talk) 11:14, 12 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I cant follow what you guys are saying —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.137.170.57 (talkcontribs) . According to the statesman website, Andros was governor from 10 Nov 1674 - 13 Jan 1681 and from 11 Aug -9 Oct 1688 ˜˜˜Ericl

The Same site, as well as the 1924 World Almanac list the two last colonial governors, so I put them in.

Improvements MAY/JUNE 2013

[edit]

I began revising and contributing this article on 28MAY2013. I plan to improve this article with the same objective and effort that I brought to List of colonial governors of New Jersey. My goal, as with the NJ list, would be to bring this article to Featured List status.--ColonelHenry (talk) 15:59, 28 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
