This page claims Syncom 2 was first in GEO; this page says Intelsat I... TREKphiler hit me ♠ 23:42, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

there is another thing , it says that iriduim 1 was the first satellite phone service satellite whihc was launched in 1997 but according to http://www.globalsatellitecommunications.com/learn-more-about-satellite-phones/history that industry has been there from before 1990

This is a list article. It points to other articles, which should have the citations. If you wish to copy citations from the target articles to give this one more, you are welcome to do so.
