Additions

[edit]

Since I am not an active part of the development of this page, I'll add my additions here so that you can add them if you see fit and in the correct format.

I have added them all in where I feel they need to be added in. Willirennen 13:20, 25 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I found one more correction. Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Kerry Earnhardt are half brothers, not brothers. -Drdisque 18:47, 13 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Names in plaintext

[edit]

What are the criteria for writing names in plaintext rather than making a redlink, e.g. in the "Siblings" table, why is Harvey Teague in plaintext but Naoto Suenega is a redlink? DH85868993 (talk) 14:00, 23 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Merge

[edit]

I propose merging List of families who have competed in Formula One into this page. The new article is just a content fork, it is poorly explained, the merits of 'Relation 1' vs 'Relation 2' is not explained nor does it match any order. The significance of familial relationships in Formula One is not given any explanation. If it is age it's been done wrong. The situations where Uncle/brother/nephew cross three men is not clear. The order of the families is random. It appears to be a table created for no other reason than it could, or possibly because NASCAR has one. --Falcadore (talk) 02:31, 21 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. The F1 article is fairly unenclyclopedic and needs work, and I really don't see why it needs a page all of its own. As a standalone it also doesn't indicate those relationships that cross series boundaries either, such as Jody and Tomas Scheckter, and Jacques and Gilles Villeneuves, frères. Some concerns

[edit]

This article is rather large to navigate comfortably... Also, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Danica Patrick are not in a relationship anymore. I wish I could say 'divorced' but they were never married anyway. Reverham (talk) 03:17, 26 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
