Highway 34

[edit]

Not sure, but it seems that Highway 34 is still provincially maintained from the 417 to Hawkesbury unless they've recently downloaded it (I know it is from the 417 southward), but haven't heard about if it is.--JForget 00:17, 13 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ferguson Highway

[edit]

Perhaps this should be added in the list. Most of the Ferguson Highway has been bypassed by Highway 11. Volcanoguy 18:39, 7 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This list should only be for numbered highways. However, that said, there should be an article to list out the various historical road building schemes in Ontario. I could pitch something using my From Footpaths to Freeways book once I finish up the ONRD stub drive in a week or two, covering the military roads (Yonge, Penetanguishene, Dundas, etc), settlement roads (Huron, Garafraxa, Durham), colonization roads (Hastings, Bobcaygeon, Muskoka) and then the early development of paved roads (Lakeshore, Middle Road, 401). - ʄɭoʏɗiaɲ τ ¢ 01:56, 8 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
