This list is incorrect

[edit]

I have no idea how to correctly format this message, but this list is, unfortunately, incorrect. I recommend not using the source anymore - in any articles, seeing how wrong they are here. For example, there are no roe deer in Iceland, and never have been. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 157.157.73.25 (talk) 12:05, 29 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. This is near useless. The data source is suspect, and the list makes no distinction between the Icelandic fauna and various domestic and other introduced species. MayerG (talk) 04:54, 9 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Native mammals before humans arrived?

[edit]

Is this list only native mammals before humans arrived? Or maybe some introduced mammals (house mice) which are now in the wild? Or domestic animals such as the Icelandic goat or the Icelandic horse and other mammals are excluded as not native? The lede should explain the list, or the list should be expanded to include all mammals.--DThomsen8 (talk) 02:17, 16 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
