Russian license plates

[edit]

..Russian register plates having numbers "21" (Chuvashia) and "90" (Moscow oblast).

Do not confuse civilian license plates (white) with russian military plates (black). On military plates 90 mean Black Sea Fleet, 21 - North Caucasus Military District (which include Black Sea Fleet). Verifiable sources are needed

[edit]

Verifiable sources are needed for all of the currently unsourced statements in this article. This is a new article, and the topic is obviously controversial. If it doesn't have a source, it may be rather quickly removed.

Essentially, reliable sources are needed with full citations for each statement that is not unarguably "sky is blue" true.

Having said that, I have just challenged and tagged a number of the unsourced statements in the article, assuming good faith on the part of the original editor, and will wait at least a day before I remove the unsourced claims. Other editors may wait longer, or not as long. Let's make Wikipedia a better encyclopedia. Cheers. N2e (talk) 21:52, 12 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
