RL Burnside, Junior Kimbrough and T-Model Ford never defined themselves as punk blues, were not influenced by punk musicians in any way, and did not seek out a niche in the punk blues scene, even when they accepted to profit from it. They're straight bluesmen, and the fact that they've been coopted as punk blues icons doesn't justify their inclusion in this list, I think : please give your arguments or I'll remove them.
