Misplaced SI

I just spotted an SI in the 1972 list that appears to be either misnumbered, or has been placed in the wrong year. The SI in question is "Local Government &c. (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 S.I. 1971/1999 (N.I. 22)". Is it a 1971 order or a 1972 order? The title and its number do not match. Road Wizard 19:57, 14 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
