Why bake twice?
[edit]There is no mention of the purpose(s) of baking a food twice. There must be reasons for doing this extra processing. Reify-tech (talk) 20:52, 6 August 2014 (UTC)
In regards to toast?
[edit]Strictly speaking, toast is not baked twice. Rather, it is "toasted" the second time, which is not the same as baking. However, I believe that we should include this on the page, because wikipedia does not have a "list of twice cooked foods". Furthermore, I see no reason why we should remove the toast with googly eyes. It's a valid image, it adds humor to the entry, and it also is an accurate representation of toast. Grammatical error
[edit]Row 1 column 4 "an historical" should be "A historical" 2A04:4A43:415F:C34D:0:0:2E:3A0D (talk) 20:25, 31 January 2023 (UTC)
- "An" is the commonly accepted article preceding words starting with an aspirated "h", like "historical" or "history". Powers T 14:36, 25 January 2024 (UTC)
