The sailor is already on wikipedia in France see https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louis_Burton there are thousands of Olympians and similar with pages like this. I created as a starting point because I was working on the 2020-2021 Vendee Globe the everest of sailing events and wanted to make sure the participants were all linked. I will add some more content to the page. But I really don't understand wikipedia policies the person already has wikipedia content and his own page and this page was linked to that.

This sailor already has wikipedia pages in French and images which are not being content. He is competing currently in the everest of sailing the Vendee Globe and I made a mistake by doing a brief page I could link to in the parent article and people could build on. I have added some additional content.
