Changes: location and type of society
[edit]Just changed the split location in which this group appeared in the article. It said they settled the northern coast and also at the southern tip (Pedernales Peninsula). This last part was not correct. The macoricians, or people of Macorix were the Cigüayos neighbors. They did not live in two separate regions of the island, and they were neither hunters and gatherers. If so, they would have been unable to supply the bulk of the food that the Spanish consumed. I added two references to support the changes, but will continue adding and improving the article in the future. You are welcome to comment, ask and suggest about these changes.
