We are not a free webhost

[edit]

We are not a free webhost for Make In India to redistribute their promotional propaganda. If no third parties have covered it, we do not go into such minutia. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 03:03, 15 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Addition of Sectors

[edit]
Why some editors are against adding sectors to this article??? This article is about make in India and there should be info regarding various sectors. --Human3015 03:15, 15 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
because we are writing an encyclopedia article, not reproducing the make in india website. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 03:19, 15 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
The main problem is that it's simply way too much information for an encyclopedia article. You could summarize it by saying that 100% FDI is now permitted for companies in many sectors while other sectors allow lower foreign investment, down to 26% in certain sectors. Source that to the sectors page mentioned in your post. Ravensfire (talk) 03:25, 15 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Ravensfire and TheRedPenOfDoom:, currently im just mentioning all sectors with incentives, can we make a chart instead?? --Human3015 03:53, 15 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Ravensfire and TheRedPenOfDoom:, I modified the "sector" subsection, if you have something to say lets discuss. I summarized the whole long earlier article as you people directed earlier. Each sector have provided reference. Do you have anything to say regarding arrangement or else?? --Human3015 05:44, 15 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
it is still entirely primary sourced regurgitation of promotional content. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 03:20, 16 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@Ravensfire and TheRedPenOfDoom:, Why you are reverting without making consensus here? why you think that its promotional?? Text already mentions that in defence 49% FDI is allowed, and 100% in railways, why you are not deleting that?? Ravensfire is also agree with this. This is best version we can have. If you still have problem, lets go to admin's dispute, you can't revert well sourced and well written material. --Human3015 04:24, 16 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@TheRedPenOfDoom:, just now User:Spirit of Eagle also edited same section for spelling, he/she don't have problem with it. What you alone have problem? You can take it to admin but don't revert it. I think involving admin in this issue will be a best option. Its sourced and well written material. --Human3015 04:34, 16 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I just checked the spelling using a live spellcheck tool. This does not mean that I endorse the content, only that I corrected the spelling of a single word. Spirit of Eagle (talk) 05:07, 16 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Article already mentions how much FDI allowed in defence and railway sector in text, I just wrote how much FDI allowed in other sector too. Thats it. --Human3015 05:42, 16 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Purpose and Objectives of "Make In India"

[edit]

Although the aims of "Make In India" are known through the widespread debate, discussion and reports on its implementation and efficacy, there is no mention of it in this Wikipedia article. Including a section on the Purpose and Objectives of "Make In India" will lend much greater clarity to the overall picture and also provide necessary underpinning to the other information in the article. 112.196.166.217 (talk) 15:29, 16 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
