Why is the neutrality of this article disputed?

I see nothing to dispute.

It is totally accurate.

Washington Nationals manager

[edit]

Acta has not officially been named manager. Check out MLB.com. Fbdave 19:37, 12 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Removed Trivia

[edit]

I have removed the following sentences from the article:

He is known to be good friends with Tampa Bay Devil Rays coach Jim Hickey
Acta lives in the apartment complex that was hit by the private plane being piloted by New York Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle on October 11 2006.

Both bits of trivia stand alone and are uncited. If anyone feels they add to the article please cite and expand on the information before replacing the sentences. - Ektar 20:30, 27 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Picture

[edit]

The picture with the entry is not Manny Acta. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.83.212.35 (talk) 15:36, 29 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Grammar and Sense

[edit]

Re Beset by many injuries, Acta has kept up a positive influence on his young Nationals team.

Whether it was Acta who was beset by injuries or his team, that is badly put. If it was Acta who was hurt, it should read something like Despite his many injuries, Acta was able to keep up a positive influence on his young Nationals team; if it was the team that was injury-ridden, it should read something like Acta was able to keep up a positive influence on his young Nationals team despite their many injuries.

I have not made a change because I don't know which was the case (though I can guess). But someone should fix this. 63.174.56.82 (talk) 22:39, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

He has a warm and fuzzy personality?

[edit]

According to the article, Acta has a warm and fuzzy personality. Regardless of the fact that it is cited, this statement still seems subjective.
Hey guys, it's true. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.59.162.110 (talk) 07:55, 11 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
