Proposed merge of Ama: A Story of the Atlantic Slave Trade into Manu Herbstein
[edit]Ama appears to be Herbstein's only book and his only claim to notability. Both articles are stubs, so it makes sense for them to be merged together instead. Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 00:36, 22 August 2024 (UTC)
- @Significa liberdade Shouldn't it be the opposite way around? The book is his only claim to notability, so shouldn't his article be merged into the book's? I would not oppose this, but I think I would oppose the reverse. PARAKANYAA (talk) 00:46, 22 August 2024 (UTC)
- Thank would work for me, PARAKANYAA. :) Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 01:44, 22 August 2024 (UTC)
- Reverse merge into Ama: A Story of the Atlantic Slave Trade per WP:BLP1E (which also applies to the phenomenon TV Tropes calls "One-Book Author"). Given I underwent a similar ordeal at AFC recently, I should know. --Slgrandson (How's my egg-throwing coleslaw?) 16:39, 22 August 2024 (UTC)
