Currently, boundary commission is a disambig. pointing largely to British boundary commissions. Could use fleshing out into something with links or a category listing of various past and present boundary commissions. Silacayoapan also links to the nearest available city rather than a direct article; likewise College of Mines and College of Artillery to the modern schools and Felipe de la Garza Cisneros and Francisco Mier y Torre to their positions.
