Social Issues in Mariners' Harbor Unnecessary
[edit]I took out the part about having social issues. While it does have more issues than other parts of Staten, that sections that was added looked like it was copied and pasted from articles about the most dangerous areas in the city: Brownsville, East NY, Morrisania and some other areas. The crime rate isn't available for the area (because the 120th Precinct covers the entire North Shore), but it's probably marginally higher than the average NYC neighborhood.
