he is the master of football.

Yes, he is... He deserves a better article. I can't know detailed information about him because I am from a different continent but Argentinians can expand it. With respect, Deliogul 22:16, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Criticism?

[edit]

The article says: "...was widely criticized after commentating on the 2008 semifinal Champions League game between Manchester United and Barcelona, in which he not only openly condoned 'simulation' (i.e. attempting to trick officials), but claimed that those who follow the rules of fair play never win."

Who was he criticized by? What were his actual words? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.200.64.14 (talk) 20:44, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The article is poor. M Kempes is very famous and wellknown . There are much information missed —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mrak Sandowsky (talkcontribs) 03:54, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Kempes didnt win the World Cup Golden Ball

[edit]

The award was created in 1982. RSSSF is wrong. He won an unofficial award. https://web.archive.org/web/20160630203029/http://www.fifa.com/mm/document/fifafacts/mcwc/ip-301_03a_fwc-awards_22643.pdf — Preceding unsigned comment added by 200.2.121.77 (talk) 03:21, 5 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Just 15 goals, not 20 in List of International Goals

[edit]

There is an omission: there is not details about 5 goals in List of International Goals scored by Mario Kempes. 83.58.171.100 (talk) 21:50, 27 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
