The narrow gate implies NO MIND. The wide gate implies past and future in the mind. No mind without name or meaning, just presence here and now without thought, thats the narrow gate no memory or emotion can exist in that state just stillness. wide gate is when the mind kicks in and remembers or anticipates with all the implying feelings that go with those thoughts. eventually though we all reach no mind....... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.167.208.222 (talkcontribs) 22:18, 28 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
