Who designed it?
[edit]On a number of articles, one of the infobox pieces listed is the designer of the vehicle. Anyone out there have an idea? --SteveCof00My Suggestion box is open 10:54, 10 July 2016 (UTC)
Smaller engine available in Venezuela
[edit]Alongside the regular V8 engines, Venezuelan-assembled 1st-generation also had the option for the 3.8L Essex V6 engine. Due to political circumstances, engines with 6 or less cylinders had been favored by the Venezuelan government. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.47.198.32 (talk) 03:24, 10 November 2017 (UTC)
2001 -> Improved Performance
[edit]Just a minor note to correct something stated in the Gen 3 Power train section. The horsepower did not go from 200 to 220 through "tuning". New "Performance Improvement" (P.I.) heads and intake manifold were an upgrade that resulted in this increase. BrianAlex (talk) 05:27, 21 January 2023 (UTC)
