Notability

[edit]

Not only did he play in, and win, the Champions League, but http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Zorc suggests he has been successful elsewhere (I don't speak German, so can't translate it). KeithD 23:02, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

No offence - but should you be writing an article for wikipedia if you can't read the language in which the source material is written? andy 23:05, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

None taken. However, it wasn't the source for writing the article. My source was the UEFA Champions League 1996-97 article. I was simply ensuring that everyone who had won one of the biggest prizes in football didn't have a red link on Wikipedia. I realise it's only a stub at this stage, but that's not the same as not being a notable person. KeithD 23:09, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Fair enough. But why not leave the red link as an encouragement to someone who can write a real article about it? Anyway, if you want to mark it as a stub I'm happy to agree that it should be kept, if no-one else objects. andy 23:20, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've expanded the article a little, it's one I'd been meaning to do anyway. ArtVandelay13 16:49, 8 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
