Why this page was un-encyclopedic

I removed about 30,000 bytes off this page that was filled with un-encyclopedic information.. but I have now realized why. While trying to population the infobox for this library I found on the Milton Library website a link to their history, statistics, etc.. and it was a link directly to this Wikipedia article (link here, and click About Us (no separate URL for this exact page). So it looks like the Library is using Wikipedia as a site to publish its policies, procedures, amenities, etc. As someone who has edited a lot of library articles on here, it's general consensus that policies are not included on the page as it's not why people should be checking the article.
