change of page due to Minister of Home affairs.
[edit]At september second, 2010, the ministers of iceland where reduced to 12. Along with this change, the Ministry of Communications and the Ministry of Justice and Human rights were merged. The minister over the combined ministry is Ögmundur Jónasson. Obviously, that leads to changes of both two wikipedia articles. What do my follow wikipedians to do in this issue? merge the articles together, or do you guys and gals have a better solution?--Snaevar (talk) 23:38, 19 September 2010 (UTC)
Change page title to Ministry of Justice
[edit]Since 2017, this Ministry of Justice has been a stand-alone ministry https://www.government.is/ministries/ministry-of-justice/. Can we change the title of the page accordingly? I'm new here and I somehow can't find a way to change the title... Kimtology (talk) 15:06, 18 June 2023 (UTC)
Very confusing sentence
[edit]This article says:
"Since Iceland received the Cabinet of Ministers in 1904, the Minister of Justice and the Ministry of Justice went to the ministers in 1917."
Probably someone with a good understanding of Iceland's political history could explain what this is really about, but the sentence needs to be rewritten so a non-Icelander can understand. TooManyFingers (talk) 05:12, 29 May 2024 (UTC)
