I'm not a Scouting expert, but that person doesn't appear to be the same as this one. Additionally, there's also a Mohamed Triki on the Arabic Wikipedia, and he's also a Tunisian, but he's a musician and not the same as this one (the Scout leader). @Kintetsubuffalo: The middle components could be a big help; Arabic has less name variation than what we're used to in English. Since the subject is Tunisian, Ben would be more likely than Bin due to the spelling conventions in North Africa.
