Moved content about incumbent superintendent

I moved the content that was specifically pertinent to Elsie Arntzen to her page. The two sections were not about the office of public instruction. If anyone has an issue with this I'm happy to discuss. -PerpetuityGrat (talk) 23:07, 10 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
