Spelling

Who wrote the title of this article and English spelling of the dam? Is there some reference for it? If not, then it should be changed to Morozuka Dam, which would be the correct transliteration of the Japanese word. Boneyard90 (talk) 23:29, 12 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
